Sikander, a local thug, sets out to exact revenge against Sher Khan, who killed his mother. However, Inspector Boga is on a mission to bring Sikander to justice.

Siluvai, a Christian boy, falls in love with Sangeetha, a Hindu girl who is engaged to Raghuvaran. Her father doesn't want to accept the Hindu-Christian marriage, but Raghuvaran decides to unite them.

A wealthy businessman longs to meet his long-lost brother. Sensing his weakness, a cunning individual hires a lookalike to impersonate the tycoon's brother and usurp his fortune.

Two petty thieves Tara and Sitara (Govinda & Sanjay Dutt respectively) get on the bad side of two wanted criminals, namely Panther and Cobra (Gulshan Grover and Ashish Vidyarthi respectively), and must run for their lives. They end up at the residence of Major Ram Singh (Jackie Shroff), who is also on the lookout for Panther and Cobra. Ram Singh mistakes them for good people and shelters them. Then Panther and Cobra kidnap Sitara and Tara's mom (Himani Shivpuri), and both must obey Panther and Cobra's instructions, including betraying Ram Singh's hospitality, and kidnapping his son.

This film is an insider’s narrative, representing the corrupt practices and cruel politics in educational institutions which degrade these institutions. It is also making poisonous impact on the society as a whole. Living in this vicious atmosphere the characters of this film are not aloof of its evils. They are part and parcel of the ambience around. The youth is advancing to indulge in organized crime. The political structures as well as socioeconomic conditions are responsible for such violent degeneration. Despite the dominantare drug addicts, turbulent and quarrelsome but they understand life very well. Rather they are very close to life.
